Marnie is a mainstay of the VRA Saturday Comedians and from a famous VRA family. He dispels theories about being Daniel Vettori's twin brother with his swift pace when opening the bowling for the Comedians, and is well known for his consistency, accuracy and often fantastic economy. Marnie has worked on his batting in recent seasons and have been given the opportunity to shine by opening the innings on occassions to take advantage of his pinch hitting.
A popular player who is often off with the pixies, Marnie is another who loves the social side of VRA and has a close affinity with the VRA bar. |
