Help VRA - Doe mee met de Vriendenloterij

VRA gaat samenwerken met de VriendenLoterij!

Wat gaat er gebeuren?

Op 2 november a.s. organiseren wij in de avond samen met de VriendenLoterij en een aantal leden van VRA een belactie om geld in te zamelen. Waarvoor? Er zijn meerdere projecten die we op deze manier met elkaar kunnen realiseren:

Prioriteit 1: het afbouwen van het clubhuis.
Prioriteit 2: het aanschaffen van een groot LED-scorebord op de plek waar vroeger het scorehuisje stond.
Prioriteit 3: een vaste ballenvanger voor veld 1 te realiseren opdat de ballen niet meer in de sloot terechtkomen;
Prioriteit 4: het neerleggen van een betonplaat voor het overbruggen van de sloot bij internationale events.

Met deze belactie zullen wij onze achterban vragen om deel te nemen aan de actie ‘Scoren voor uw Vereniging 2021’ van de VriendenLoterij, om geld bij elkaar te krijgen voor de laatste fase van de renovatie en nieuwbouw van het clubhuis en alles in orde te brengen voor het fantastische seizoen 2022!

Op 2 november tussen 18:15 en 22:00 uur kun je dus een telefoontje verwachten van een van onze vrijwilligers met de vraag of je wilt gaan meespelen met de VriendenLoterij voor VRA. Het is de moeite meer dan waard, want:

Minimaal 40% van de inleg van elk lot komt ten goede aan VRA, per saldo € 85 per lot per jaar
Bij de VriendenLoterij is het alle dagen prijs, met élke dag winnaars van grote geldprijzen uit de maandelijkse trekking. Zo zijn er dagelijks winnaars van € 10.000,-. Elke zaterdag gaat er € 100.000,- uit en iedere maand € 1 MILJOEN! Nieuw: elk uur een winnaar! 365 dagen per jaar, 24 uur per dag een winnaar van € 1.000,-
De VriendenLoterij keert tijdens de actie ‘Scoren voor uw Vereniging 2021’ extra geldbedragen uit aan de vijf clubs, verenigingen en stichtingen die de meeste loten hebben verkocht

En daarnaast zullen we aan je vragen om in jouw netwerk van vrienden, buren, familie of werk zoveel mogelijk mensen te vragen een of meer loten te kopen of bij al aangekochte loten VRA als het goede doel aan te wijzen waarvoor je meespeelt.

Hoe meer loten we verkopen of omzetten op naam van VRA, hoe sneller we de renovatie en nieuwbouw kunnen afronden.

Het doel is om voor twee jaar in totaal 1200 loten te realiseren die VRA als goed doel aanwijzen. Daar gaan we samen voor toch?

En als deelnemer maak je maandelijks kans op fantastische prijzen tot wel € 1 MILJOEN!

Omdat de opbrengsten van de VriendenLoterij niet direct beschikbaar zijn voor de club, hebben we daarnaast een tweede actie op poten gezet, "Help VRA over de finish", met dank aan de inzet van Tom van Nierop.

Couponactie: "Help VRA over de finish!"

Wij van VRA hebben met zijn allen onze nek uitgestoken. We hebben een kans gepakt door ons clubhuis te kopen, te renoveren, een stuk uit te breiden en een oefenhal te bouwen. Dat deden we om onze cricket-toekomst veilig te stellen tegen de overmacht van de hockeyclubs en om de wegvallende sponsorinkomsten te compenseren. Corona heeft echter ons robuuste financiële plan zo gedwarsboomd dat wij met het einde van de bouw in zicht net wat tijd en geld tekortkomen. Met elkaar kunnen wij dat oplossen door de club voor korte tijd met een klein bedrag te helpen. Enkele honderden euro’s voor enkele maanden of hooguit enkele jaren. Daar komt het op neer.

Hoe werkt het?

De club geeft coupons van 100 euro uit. Met de opbrengst kan de verbouwing van het clubhuis worden afgerond. De bedoeling is om de de coupons af te lossen uit de vergoedingen van de VriendenLoterij.

Om zoveel mogelijk opbrengsten te genereren uit de VriendenLoterij, moeten we ervoor zorgen dat de kopers van de loten (jijzelf of mensen uit jouw netwerk) VRA als goed doel aanwijzen. Voor ieder lot waarvoor ons dat lukt krijgen wij 85 euro, ongeacht of wij dat lot zelf verkocht hebben. Het geldt dus ook voor reeds verkochte loten.

Hoe doe je mee?

Koop een of meer coupons, bij voorkeur voor het einde van dit kalenderjaar, 2021.
Verkoop loten met VRA als goed doel en vraag bezitters van reeds verkochte loten om VRA als goed doel aan te wijzen. De coupons zullen worden afgelost naarmate de vergoedingen van de VriendenLoterij binnenkomen en in volgorde van uitgifte.

Als je bereid bent te helpen, stuur een mail aan de penningmeester; Peter zal je dan vertellen hoe het werkt en wat je moet doen.

Als we hier met zijn allen onze schouders onder zetten, kunnen we vol trots volgend seizoen ons complex op de TV-schermen zien schitteren tijdens Nederland-Engeland!

VRA is going to collaborate with the VriendenLoterij (FriendsLottery)!

What is happening?

On November 2nd, we will organize a call action in the evening together with the VriendenLoterij and a number of members of VRA to collect money. What for? There are multiple projects we can realize together with this action:

On November 2, between 6:15 PM and 10:00 PM, you can expect a phone call from one of our volunteers asking if you want to play with the VriendenLoterij for VRA. It is more than worth it, because:

In addition, we will ask you to ask as many people as possible in your network of friends, neighbours, family or work to buy one or more lottery tickets or to designate VRA as the charity for which they are playing among already purchased tickets.

The more lottery tickets we sell or designate already sold tickets to VRA, the faster we can complete the renovation and construction.

The target is to have 1200 tickets that designate VRA for a period of two years.

Coupon action: "Help VRA across the finish line!"

We at VRA have stuck our necks out. We took an opportunity by buying our clubhouse, renovating it, extending it and building a training hall. We did this to safeguard our cricket future against the force majeure of the hockey clubs and to compensate for the loss of sponsorship income. However, Corona has thwarted our robust financial plan so much that we are just short of time and money with the end of construction in sight. Together we can solve that by helping the club for a short time with a small amount. Several hundred euros for a few months or at most a few years. That's what it comes down to.

How does it work?

The club issues coupons of 100 euros. This allows the club to complete the last part of the construction. The aim is to repay the coupons to you with the proceeds from the VriendenLoterij.

In order to generate as much revenue as possible from the VriendenLoterij, we must ensure that the buyers of the lottery tickets (you or people from your network) designate VRA as a charity. For every ticket for which we succeed, we get 85 euros, regardless of whether we have sold that ticket ourselves. It therefore also applies to tickets that have already been sold.

So our request to you is:

Buy one or more coupons, preferably before the end of this calendar year, 2021.
Sell lottery tickets with VRA as a charity and ask owners of tickets already sold to designate VRA as the charity.

The coupons will be refunded as the proceeds of the FriendsLottery are entering and in order of issue.
